I just received 3 DHL packages. All went well, shipping fast as usual, great tracking online
When I picked up the packages I noticed one was fully taped with DHL HUB tape. I thought nothing about it, they sometimes inspect the packages.
I did however noticed they were a bit damp.
But I only saw the full picture when I opened the packages.
It seems they were flooded with water somewhere during shipping, because ALL 3 packages were wet on one side.
DHL had to tape the wet side of one of the package because it would otherwise have desintegrated
The problem is that water was absorbed inside the package, and damaged the contained boxes inside.

I called DHL just when I opened the packages. They said I should ask the sender to make the complain to the DHL office he used when sending the package. That being DHL HK
DHL HK on the other hand, say they won't moove a finger untill I provide them with "certification documents"
Of course, you "can't" see the damage from the pictures above, you need "certification" to do that???!!!
So if that is the policy of DHL, I created this blog, as a warning to all users looking to do business with the migthy and the great DHL company!
